Pearl Park was instrumental in getting us through a very difficult time. We had to sell our home, purchase a condo and work out a move all on the same day. Ms. Park arrange our closing to be scheduled for 11:00 AM and set it up so we didn't have to be present for it. We started our move at 8 AM and she arranged the buyer walk through for 10:30AM so the buyers could Ok everything before their closing. She knew the real estate agent for the seller of the condo we were buying an got us an Ok to move some of our things in the day before and directly from our home on the day of the move so that we were almost moved in by the time our closing was held at 2PM. This was necessary because we needed the proceeds from our sale to purchase our condo. She really went the extra mile to make sure everything worked.
